Organizational Change Manager
Job Description
T-Rex Solutions is looking to select an Organizational Change Manager to support the US Department of the Treasury TCloud enterprise cloud development effort. This effort aims to facilitate holistic multi-cloud solutions to meet the Department of Treasury’s enterprise-wide infrastructure needs.
Responsibilities:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities - Leverage a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes.
- Support communication efforts - Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Assess the change impact. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Establish change governance - Develop charter for change control board, identify approval authorities, convene CCB meetings, and notify stakeholders, as needed.
- Complete change management assessments
- Consult and coach project teams
- Create actionable deliverables for the change management plan
- Manage stakeholders
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Execute and apply changes from continual process improvement campaigns for the processes and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience
- ITIL foundations (V3/V4)
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance, US Citizenship required.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Desired:
- Active Treasury clearance preferred

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
