About the Role  

The Organizational Development and Total Rewards Coordinator works in Altium's Office of the President, focusing exclusively on coordinating and implementing new processes and procedures, training and development, and presentation creation for performance and total reward programs. They may use their expertise in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and compensation and benefits to help leaders implement change and show the value of Altium.

A Day in the Life of Our Organization Effectiveness Manager
  • Assist OE Team with project management and pitch presentation creation
  • Assist OE Team with research, analysis, and project planning
  • Review compensation and benefit plan materials to support the Director of Total Rewards
  • Partner with Human Resources to create meaningful value prop collateral (i.e., benefit tip sheets used to increase employee engagement and understanding of our internal programs)
  • Develop communications for the organization and other business leaders
  • Develop training materials for new OKR/Performance Management solution
  • Schedule training and events for OE/Total Rewards programs
  • Lead authentically with candor and transparency

Who We’re Looking For

  • Have the ability to create relationships with all levels across Altium
  • Strong ability to design presentations and tell a story using data
  • Planning and project management skills
  • Eagerness to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
  • Associate degree or above in business management-related majors or human resources
  • At least three years of working experience in a human resources role support compensation and organization effectiveness/development
  •  

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
