Job Description
Responsibilities
The Organization Development Effectiveness Partner is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing a cohesive and holistic human resources operational development strategy and ecosystem that meets the diverse needs of our InnovAge Business goals. This newly created position will create a high level of energy and consultative leadership to implement key development strategies throughout the HR department and organization. This work includes integration of existing HR and talent resources as well as processes such as competencies, compliance, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, and strategically aligning the work with all other aspects of the talent strategy and operations.
Building & Solutioning Organizational Development Initiatives & Programs - 50%
- Collaborates with members of the talent function to implement competencies, behaviors, structures and processes to successfully manage organizational culture.
- Partners with leaders to execute on the Employee Engagement strategy, including full bi-annual survey and pulse surveys and post action planning.
- Steward the entirety of the Performance Review Process along with key stakeholders in HR
- Support communication of corporate engagement actions throughout the organization.
- Collaborates with business units to determine and measure engagement initiatives and report on outcomes.
- Partners with Corporate Communication Partners to create effective communication to motivate and engage the workforce.
- Design and deliver programs and initiatives that support employee development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Creates resources, communications, tools, trainings, and other related products to enable implementation.
- Provides expert facilitation to ensure organizational performance, team effectiveness, structure/design, governance practices, culture and other HR processes support achievement of business goals.
Conducting Needs Analysis & Stewarding SME Partnerships - 25%
- Conducts assessments and uses data to provide consultation on organizational effectiveness interventions that will close gaps from current to desired future state.
- Propose change management recommendations to leadership based on thorough research and analysis.
- Plan for organizational change and establish roles and activities that support the change process.
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs, gaps, and opportunities.
- Interact with stakeholders, and/or functional peer group leaders, normally involving matters between functional areas and the company.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose organizational issues to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure that organizational development initiatives are integrated with other HR programs and processes.
Development Program Enhancements & Measuring Effectiveness - 25%
- Develops new policies and procedures as needed. Review and update policies and procedures on an annual basis in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Develops solutions for specific organizational and business challenges, aligns stakeholders to objectives and plans to implement strategies.
- Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of change management processes developed and/or administered.
- Monitors and continually improves the effectiveness of OD programs and products to ensure advancement of the organizational strategy and culture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to organizational development.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Travel- maybe 5-10% of overnight travel for out of state key leadership meetings
REQUIRED
- 3+ yrs progressive experience in developing solutions and implementing Organizational Development strategies.
- 2+ yrs leading a corporate Employee Engagement programs.
- 5+ yrs industry in Human Resources
- Extensive experience and knowledge of organizational assessment, organizational communication, and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Advanced analytical skills with the proven ability to analyze data to determine organizational needs.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related discipline from accredited university
PREFERRED
- Advanced Degree in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related discipline from accredited university
- Prosci ADKAR Change Management Certification
- Experience in Organizational Development within the healthcare sector with 2000+ employee companies.

Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and geographic location and does not include potential bonus or benefits.
