Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate leadership training, both virtually and in person.
- Design and facilitate meetings focused on team cohesion and organizational strategy.
- Develop new training programs rooted in adult learning principles.
- Support business development efforts by building and maintaining client relationships.
- Manage projects and communicate effectively with clients.
- Contribute to DEI initiatives, including strategy work and internal training.
