SUMMARY
This position reports to the Director, Talent Management who oversees Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Career Development & Mentoring, Talent Assessment & Review, and Performance Management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute talent programs including DEI, learning & development, employee engagement, career development, mentoring, talent reviews, and performance management.
- Coordinate managers and employees to achieve full participation in talent programs.
- Review and summarize evaluations of talent programs and assist with after-action reviews.
- Work with and assist outside vendors.
- Administer the Learning Management System, finding ways to better leverage its capability.
- Review training content for consistency and design, and ensure exercises, and practices perform as written.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in talent management
- Maintain records and reports of expenses pertaining to the Talent budget.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with others at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Experience administering an LMS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- 2-3 years' experience in related fields.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
