Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

• Reports to the Manager of Culture, Diversity & Talent Development.
• Supports Performance Management, leadership workshops, high-potential development, instructor led in-person and virtual courses, and assessing talent for development and succession planning.
• The Specialist will partner with internal business units to collaboratively determine objectives and strategies that are needed for developing our current and future leaders.
• Incorporate the principles of adult learning and learning styles into training material.
• Assist with logistics and administrative tasks as necessary.
• Work closely with Manager and other business leaders to embed D&I language and initiatives into the Performance Management program.
• Facilitate instructor led in-person and virtual frontline leader courses as deemed necessary by Manager.
• Create and deliver presentations as deemed necessary by Manager.
• Participate in D&I initiatives and other projects as needed by Manager.
• Consult with team members and business leaders to create story boards that can translate into Instructor Led workshops and self-paced eLearning modules.
• Determine and develop content customizations to training materials created in-house and by 3rd party learning vendors.

Performance Management

• Partner with various department leaders to launch, integrate, and monitor the Performance Management program.
• Plans and drives annual performance management initiatives and training.
• Conducts routine audits/reports and, with support of HR leadership, analyzes data and shares trends.
• Consults with leaders to assist in performance discussions, career pathing, and to identify developmental opportunities.
• Uses competency library to guide individuals and managers in identifying key behavior patterns that align individual goals with the organization's mission, values, and goals.
• Serve as a consultant and coach to address career pathing, development planning, assessment results, and other areas of focus.

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Degree or certification in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field or a minimum of 4 years' experience developing adult curriculum and experience with organizational development.
• Working experience with Performance Management and Development Planning tools.
• Experience managing programs in SuccessFactors preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, active listening, and interactive communication skills.
• The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and, collaboratively on a team.
• The ideal candidate uses emotional intelligence to makes sound decisions and has a strong drive for results.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• This individual must have outstanding presentation and facilitation skills and is comfortable in a classroom setting managing dialogue and class expectations.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite and authoring tools.
• Strong project management experience.
• Ability to travel to deliver training (average 25%).
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
