Job Summary
The People and Organization Development Specialist is responsible for supporting employee development and engagement opportunities throughout Aerospace as part of the People and Organizational Development (P&OD) Center of Expertise, ranging from planning and coordination, to project management, to execution.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work with the P&OD team to plan, coordinate, manage and execute on exceptional employee development experiences, to include leadership development, high potential programs, engagement initiatives, offsite facilitation, career development programs and more
- Ensure all development materials are updated with current, relevant content (e.g., create/edit and finalize supporting documents and resources to accompany development as needed)
- Support the launch and maintenance of the P&OD Workday functionality, vendor learning platforms, engagement Pulse platform and reporting, budget maintenance and planning, as well as the P&OD intranet pages including content creation, organization, and strategies
- Provide administrative support, coordination, and communication of P&OD programs
- Curate and propose relevant learning content and resources to complement topics in our P&OD programs and support the P&OD team on initiatives as needed
- Work with purchasing and procurement systems and staff to manage vendor contracts and renewals
- Create and analyze various sources of employee feedback data such as engagement surveys, exit interviews, post-program assessments, making relevant recommendations
- Take the lead on projects, as assigned with strong Leadership Competency qualities (Strategic, Innovation, Velocity, People, Accountability)
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Human Resources related field
- Specialist Level II: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Specialist Leve IIIl: 6 or more years of relevant work experience
- Project planning and project management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with acute attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at Zoom, Teams and other platforms for high quality hybrid and virtual experiences
How You Can Stand Out
It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
- Masters in a Human Resources related field
- Prior HR experience supporting multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience with systems such as Workday and Glint engagement platform
