Organizational Improvement Program Manager
Job Description
What we are looking for:
5 years' health-related field or relevant experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
What your day may look like:
- Collaborate with leaders to organize efforts and workgroups targeted at quality improvement, member outreach, provider support and clinical improvement.
- Identify, prioritize, sequence, and recommend initiatives for star rating elements for each line of business. Maximize the score for each measure taking into consideration cost, benefit, and return on investment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement using annual and prospective data sources. Presents conclusions and recommendations that detail which measures have the most opportunity for improvement including strategic interventions.
- Coordinate and support efforts to develop improvement plans for all lines of service.
- Present result of analysis and recommendations to management, steering committees, and/or impacted work teams.
- Ensure documentation of improvement plans and deliverables.
- Mange vendors responsible for improvement related efforts or metric reporting.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
