Responsible for the onboarding, mentoring, and training of newly hired origination staff, including but not limited to origination, pricing, and CRM software.
Conduct regular check-ins with new hires at 60 days to evaluate for further training recommendations and share with management. Check-in again at one year for further training development.
Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality, coordination, and tracking of market activities through CRM platform.
Acts as a liaison between users and CRM platform by gathering feedback and insights to improve user experience and adoption. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and design materials needed within CRM.
Serve as the subject matter expert of the CRM to include staying up to date on features, functionality, and measuring usage.
Assist with operational communication, file structuring, vetting, quality assurance and other necessary tasks.
Role also requires fortitude for the development, structure, and training staff of existing products as well as products to be determined at a later date. This would include all training material, product vetting, needed software inputs/tasks as well as market presence training for inside personnel and possibly outside vendors/partners.
Position requires tactical discussions with many departments including sales, operations, secondary, compliance and other pertinent entities within the Central Bank family. Integrity and confidentiality required.

This position starts at $18.16 per hour and can increase from there depending on experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field 2 years of Origination Residential Mortgage Experience.
Proficient in mortgage loan software (Pricing, CRM and LOS).
Travel 10-15% (as required) - must have a valid driver's license
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Analytical problem solver and self-starter.
Aptitude for training and mentoring (experience in training a plus).
Relationship building, professionalism and excellent time management/organizational ability.
Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
