OTC Specialist with Spanish

Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

OTC Specialist with Spanish
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Work mode: hybrid

Responsibilities:
Managing collection activities
Being responsible for managing and collecting all the outstanding accounts receivables
Contacting clients and discussing their overdue payments
Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress
Initiating written and verbal communication to collect money
Building relationship with external customers
Maintaining and reconciling AR accounts
Collaborating with clients, customers, and other departments

Requirements:
Spanish and English on min. B2 level

Higher education (accounting / finance would be an asset)
2 years of experience in O2C domain - preferably in collection area
Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
Excellent analytical skills
Strong customer orientation
Problem solving and sound judgement skills
