OTC with English/German, Timisoara
Job Description
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English is mandatory and German language skills is nice to have;
- Basic domain knowledge (financial supply chain and logistics);
- Independent MS Office user (especially Excel);
- Customer service oriented;
- Previous work experience, preferably in SAP (SD/MM module), Logistics, Supply chain, Order Management or Customer relations management is an advantage;
- Experience in International trading, Fiscal policies, Tax structure is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, generate, dispatch accurate and timely invoices for clients based on agreed-upon terms and pricing;
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments;
- Customer master data;
- Accurately apply incoming payments to corresponding customer accounts using the designated cash application system;
- Ensure that payments are properly allocated to outstanding invoices and credits, reducing unapplied cash balances;
- Customer and bank statements reconciliation;
- Investigate and resolve variances in a timely manner;
- Process customer refunds or adjustments as necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Self / Peer reviews of transactions completed;
- Prepare reports as per the client and business needs, including but not limited to forecast, outstanding balances, etc;
- Maintain updated SOPs.
