OT/ICS Cybersecurity - Senior Manager

West Monroe is excited to hire a Senior Manager - Consulting with a background in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and/or Operational Technology (OT). We’re looking for an OT/IT thought leader to join our Cybersecurity practice and help clients enhance the resiliency of their Critical Infrastructure environments. Additionally, the senior manager will collaborate with leadership across our Energy & Utilities (E&U), Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP), and broader Technology practices to guide the strategy and direction of evolving OT/ICS security offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an integrated team of Cybersecurity, E&U, and C&IP consultants, while leading projects, delivering solutions, and expanding West Monroe’s OT/ICS and broader Critical Infrastructure security offerings
• Roadmap and develop robust InfoSec programs through the lens of cybersecurity resiliency for clients across Energy/Utilities, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and/or Finance verticals
• Identify opportunities to implement IT security controls that mitigate the chance of ransomware attacks or similar incidents
• Lead cybersecurity due diligence assessments, risk advisory, and compliance audits to identify weaknesses, recommend remediation opportunities, and implement solutions
• Translate business & technical requirements into project proposals, including detailed work plans, cost estimates, and strategies
• Coach, train, mentor, and develop teammates within the Cybersecurity practice and other consultants focused on Critical Infrastructure or OT/ICS security offerings
• Assist sales efforts by leveraging your professional network and supporting initial scoping conversations to help drive business development pipeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience required
• Consulting firm/industry experience preferred
• 10-20+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on Operational Technology, Industrial Control Systems, and/or Critical Infrastructure environments
• Experience designing, architecting, implementing any of the following technologies: SCADA, IoT, PCN, PLC, RTU, DCS, SIS, MES, HMI, Historians, network firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, etc.
• Well-versed in compliance/regulatory frameworks: NERC CIP, NIST, IEC, TSA Gas, ISO, GDPR, etc.
• Confident in managing project teams and end-to-end solution delivery – requirements, strategy, design, development, implementation, training, etc.
• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity competency areas: risk & compliance, security controls, IT audit, ransomware, threat hunting, IR strategy, network firewalls, cloud security, application security, etc.
• Comfortable communicating and partnering with senior client stakeholders
• Effective leadership, presentation, and communication skills (written/verbal)
• Willingness to travel for out of town client engagements – COVID-19 permitting

Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range for this role is $189,000-$210,000. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, cost of labor, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Employees in proximity of our Seattle, Washington DC, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco offices will have a geographic premium applied to this salary scale.
