OT/ICS Cybersecurity - Senior Manager

West Monroe is excited to hire a Senior Manager/Principal Consultant with relevant experience securing Industrial Control Systems and/or Operational Technology environments. We’re looking for an OT/IT thought leader & hands-on technologist to join our Cybersecurity practice and advise clients on enhancing the resiliency of their critical infrastructure technology. Additionally, this role will collaborate with leadership across our Energy & Utilities (E&U), Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP), and broader Technology practices to guide the strategy, direction of our OT/ICS security offerings.  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an integrated team of West Monroe cybersecurity, E&U, and C&IP consultants, with the goal of delivering, leading, and expanding our critical infrastructure security offerings for client OT/IT environments
• Speak to clients’ technical landscape, architectural models, and solution credibility when presenting OT/ICS security solutions to senior executives
• Act as SME in the secure design of critical infrastructure environments, including:
  • Roadmap and develop information security programs for Energy & Manufacturing clients
  • Promote thought leadership in emerging OT/ICS security solutions
  • Lead cybersecurity due diligence assessments to identify weaknesses for remediation
  • Assess, select, and implement cybersecurity monitoring and incident response solutions
  • Perform as-is assessments related to existing risk, compliance, and security frameworks
• Translate business and technical requirements into project proposals, including detailed work plans and cost estimates
• Lead cross-functional project teams varying in size between ~4-8+ consultants, depending on the engagement and client
• Coach, train, and develop members of the Tech - Cybersecurity Practice and those dedicated to delivering on critical infrastructure security offerings
• Assist sales efforts through leveraging your talent network and connections, support initial scoping conversations, and perform ‘needs analysis’ to help drive business development pipeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required
• Consulting firm/industry experience preferred
• 10-15+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on critical infrastructure (OT/ICS, SCADA, IoT)
• Experience designing, implementing, and/or supporting any of the following: SCADA, PCN, PLC, RTU, DCS, SIS, MES, Historians, HMI
• Well-versed in industry frameworks, compliance, and/or industrial control regulations: NERC CIP, NIST, IEC 62443, TSA Gas, ISO, GDPR, etc.
• Confident in leading end-to-end solutions – strategy, design, development, implementation, training
• Proficient with a variety of cybersecurity best practices and technologies: risk & compliance assessments, vulnerability tools, antivirus software, network firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc.
• Confident working w/ senior stakeholders to understand project objectives, business impact, and potential risk factors
• Adept organizational, leadership, and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to convey complex security concepts to executive-level leaders
• Willingness to eventually travel for out of town client engagements – COVID-19 permitting
