Job Brief

Flagstaff Surgical Associates, PA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Otolaryngologist. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in the medical and surgical aspects of otolaryngology, has excellent patient service skills and is committed to the highest standards of patient care. Current position is set up for otology favored practice with turn-key availability with full audiology clinic and vestibular testing. Will consider general otolaryngology candidates as well.

Open General Otolaryngologist Position with Private Practice in Flagstaff, AZ.

Full scope of general ENT practice – Pediatrics and Adults
Privately Owned Multispecialty Clinic (ENT, Urology, General Surgery, GI) - Currently 9 Physician Partners/Owners, and 2 Midlevel ENT Specific Providers
Potential salary $500K - $750K+ with ownership
Full benefits (Medical, dental, malpractice, 401K, sign on bonus, relocation reimbursement)
Call coverage 1:5 at a single community hospital, NO trauma call, hospital stipend for call
Main office is connected to hospital and 5 min drive to physician owned ASC (with ownership opportunity)

Eustachian Tube Balloon Dilation
Latera
Head and Neck Ultrasound with FNA
Fully Functioning Allergy/Immunotherapy Clinic
Integrated Audiology Practice with 3 audiologists
Vestibular Testing
Hearing Aid Sales
BAHA/OSIA, Cochlear Implant support
Tinnitus Management
Full Autonomy
No RVU requirements
No Hospital Corporate Overlords
