Job Description
Opportunity for a Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a well-established and growing ENT Practice in the Chicagoland area. We are seeking an otolaryngologist interested in all aspects of ENT. Our practice treats the entire range of ENT pathology including Rhinology/Sinus, Head and Neck cancer, Thyroid/Parathyroid disease. This allows the new associate to develop and pursue their own specific interests as well as general ENT. We are offering an associate position with a pathway to partnership.
Highlights of Practice:
Private practice of 5 physician providers seeking a motivated general ENT to meet the demands of a growing and successful practice. Call is 1:5 for the practice and 1:12 for the ER/hospital.
Practice based in the desirable North Shore suburbs of Chicago associated with tertiary care Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. Location gives the ability to live either in the suburbs or in the city of Chicago.
Excellent income guarantee plus benefits with a path to partnership available.
Full spectrum ENT Services including in-office CT scanner, Audiology, Allergy, Balloon Sinuplasty with Navigation, and Ultrasound suite for needle biopsies. Our two offices have the latest equipment for procedures and diagnostics. The hospital has state-of-the-art ENT equipment and support.
The partnership income opportunity is in the 90th percentile and above based on MGMA compensation for ENT physicians. There are also additional ancillary income opportunities to participate in the ownership of excellent surgical centers and a hearing aid practice.
