Practice Specifics:  

Busy practice for board certified/board-eligible Otolaryngologist in Rochester, Minnesota.  

• Full-time or part-time opportunities
• Market Based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan - $416,000 - $650,000 prorated on FTE.
• $105,000 Sign-on/Commencement Bonus
• In-house referral base of over 60 primary care physicians
• Designated OR time
• Physicians/LPN’s/RN/Audiologists within the department, Speech Therapist
• Collaborative work environment
• No Call!
• EMR: Epic
