OTOLARYNGOLOGY

Columbus Community Hospital is actively recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologist to join the Columbus medical community. This is a tremendous opportunity to step into a well-respected, established, and growing ENT practice in Columbus, Nebraska. This position is well-suited for both a seasoned professional or a new residency graduate seeking a supportive and collaborative environment.

Columbus Community Hospital is a nonprofit, Joint Commission–accredited, acute care facility recognized for its family-centered care, strong community involvement, and progressive approach to health care delivery. The hospital serves Platte County and seven surrounding counties and is designated as a Level III Trauma Center. The emergency department is staffed 24/7 by hospital-employed physicians.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

  • Hospital-employed ENT position
    • Full-time opportunity with strong community demand for ENT services
    • Established and growing ENT practice
    • State-of-the-art facility including:
     – 1.5T wide- bore MRI
     – 64- and 128-slice CT scanners
     – Hybrid operating room
    • Strong in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist programs
    • Excellent nursing staff and collegial medical staff
    • Emphasis on clinical quality, patient satisfaction and teamwork

REQUIREMENTS

  • BC/BE otolaryngology physician

LOCATION

  • Columbus population: approximately 24,000
    • Serves Platte County and seven surrounding counties
    • Located at the confluence of the Loup and Platte rivers
    • 80 miles from Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska
