About the Role

We are looking for a OTR Driver Onboarding Specialist to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. As the Truck Driver Onboarding Specialist, you will conduct and support a quality new driver orientation program. We look to you to champion Vorto/5F values, ensuring a differentiated and engaged transportation workforce. We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with recruiting in prior week of new drivers attending orientation and conduct formal welcome call
• Tracks assigned drivers throughout the orientation process ensuring the timely completion of scheduled onboarding tasks, documenting friction points, and assisting with problem resolution
• Present training for, e-logs, conduct live pre-trip and document, operations review for Owner-Operators, payment process, etc.
• Coordinate agenda for the orientation program, including communicating with presenters and facilitating smooth flow of the program
• Conduct onboarding for new Owner-Operators

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills:

• 1+ years of experience working with truck drivers
• Must possess a positive and engaging attitude, willingness to connect with drivers
• Must be willing to identify and take action to solve problems
• Good organization, time management, and communication skills required
• Detailed knowledge of onboarding processes
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.

Compensation: $60-65k
