Responsibilities
- Lead PLSM Initiatives: Oversee the PLSM function, ensuring it continually meets and exceeds performance benchmarks.
- Sales & Strategy Integration: Incorporate high-performing sales tactics into scalable strategies using Apollo.io’s diverse toolset.
- Tool Mastery: Utilize and master tools such as Apollo.io and Reachdesk to innovate and enhance the sales process.
- Growth Ambitions: Drive quarterly growth targets, continuously aiming for a 10-20% increase in sales demos and a parallel 10-20% boost in account expansions each quarter
- Â Creative Testing & Optimization: Regularly deploy, assess, and refine creative tests and strategies to optimize engagement and conversion results.
- Â Collaboration: Work in tandem with the sales and tech teams, ensuring tool optimization and that sales tactics are in line with technological capabilities.

- KR1: Achieve a quarterly increase of 20% in sales demos utilizing tools like Apollo.io, Reachdesk, and others that you identify as necessary for success.Â
- KR2: Enhance the efficiency of automated campaigns, targeting a 15% improvement in lead-to-demo conversion rates.
- KR3: Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize PLSM leads, aiming for a 5% increase in MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Objective 2: Optimize User Activation Through PLSM
- KR1: Monitor and improve the engagement metrics of PLSM campaigns, with a goal to increase user activation rates by 10%.
- KR2: Continuously refine user onboarding and engagement sequences, targeting a 5% increase in user activity within their first month.
- Objective 3: Expand Account Reach and Engagement
- KR1: Deploy creative strategies to achieve a 20% quarterly growth in account expansions for target accounts.
- KR2: Increase engagement with scaled personalization efforts.
- Objective 4: Innovate and Test for Continuous Improvement
- KR1: Implement at least two new creative tests or strategies each week to optimize results.
- KR2: Measure and document the outcomes of each creative test, aiming for a consistent 10% improvement in the best-performing strategies.
- KR3: Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging team members to bring forward at least one new innovative idea or tool suggestion each month.
