The Position

We are looking for an Outbound Partner Account Executive to identify, recruit and manage a portfolio of strategic agency partnerships that generate new revenue opportunities for CallRail. 

In this role you will also be tasked with building out elements of an outbound agency program, including cross functional development with sales teams, enablement teams, marketing teams to deliver on program growth. 

 What You'll Do 
  • Prospect and qualify marketing agencies via outbound efforts and schedule meetings to demonstrate the value of CallRail and our Partner Program 
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, being comfortable asking for the next meeting, suggesting additional products, and sending strategic emails
  • Host product demonstrations for agencies that are looking to learn more about how they can use the CallRail product for their clients
  • Become an expert on how agencies utilize our platform and how a CallRail partnership  can grow their business
  • Qualify and enroll new agencies into the CallRail partner program that best fits their business needs  and own the handoff process to their Partner Account Manager, helping ensure they become a productive Partner
  • Create relevant and impactful content in email correspondence and on LinkedIn with decision-makers in prospect organizations to build your sales partner pipeline
  • Attend relevant events to network and educate potential agency partners
  • Work closely with internal partners (sales development, demand marketing, sales enablement, partner account management) 
  • Persistently explore and challenge partners to uncover true business strategy & fully grasps how our solution offering helps achieve their goals
  • Draw insight on macro trends & future market developments from analysis, and utilize those insights in building consultative partnerships with new Marketing agencies 
  • Build and manage a pipeline and forecast accurately 
  • Consistently generate high-quality and quantity activity 
  • Achieve and exceed sales quota
 What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of quota-based outbound software or SaaS sales experience 
    • 3+ years of experience, specifically building partnerships and selling to Marketing and Advertising agencies
  • Proven success creating your own book of business through outbound sales efforts and owning the full sales lifecycle, preferably in software or SaaS to marketing agencies 
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota 
  • Experience dealing with marketing agencies, building relationships to deliver results in cross-functional/matrixed environments, and experience in partnership consultation and execution.
  • Is distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as a record of success in sales, viewed as an expert in the field
  • Well-versed in strategic planning, strategic account management, solution selling, leading senior negotiations & partner agreements
  • Understanding how to leverage Sales Enablement Platforms (Outreach), Salesforce, and prospecting tools like LinkedIn and DemandBase to maximize the pipeline.
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or a similar field preferred.
