Outbound Product Manager, C3 AI CRM
Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and C3 AI CRM's product capabilities; partner with Inbound Product Managers to define market opportunities and influence roadmap priorities.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and new releases including developing product messaging, positioning, targeting, pricing and packaging, and channel strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling external product content, including data sheets and product case studies, website content, blogs, webinars, solution guides, product launches, awareness campaigns, product demo videos, and more.
- Collaborate with sales and presales leadership to develop compelling and easy-to-understand product content for sales and presales, including sales training on products, positioning, competitive analyses, FAQs, cheat sheets, and more.
- Support sales and presales throughout the sales cycle.
- Engage with analysts to build awareness of C3 AI CRM.
- Develop compelling demos and demo stories for C3 AI CRM.
- Present at industry conferences, panels, and customer and internal events.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field; Master of Science or Business Administration degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience delivering compelling product marketing results, product revenue growth, or similar experience.
- Experience with and understanding of the technology landscape for CRM, customer experience, sales acceleration, rev ops, and related technologies.
- Demonstrable domain expertise in any of the following: product strategy, product marketing, enterprise sales collateral, enterprise go-to-market strategies, and enterprise AI.
- Ability to develop product strategy and execute strategic plans.
- Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Experience managing product positioning, messaging, market and competitive analysis, and product pricing and packaging.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Generous equity plan.
- Salary range: $143,000 - $185,000 USD.
