Culture Amp is looking for an Outbound Program Enablement Manager to join our growing Revenue Enablement team. You will partner with SDR Leadership and the Global Director of Revenue Enablement to both design and execute our strategy. The SDR team is a crucial function to the success of our Sales Teams. We are searching for someone excited to roll up their sleeves and support this discipline and transform it to the next level within a high-growth SaaS company.Â
On the strategy side, we’re looking for someone to help scope, create and deliver our outbound selling motion through training program design, delivery and management. In order to create consistency across the function and help us achieve our company goals. This will include everything from creating scripts, building an outbound sales funnel, being our resident Outreach.io expert, measuring success of the learning strategy, embedding it into the onboarding curriculum, continuous development, manager training and more.Â
On the execution side, you’ll work as part of a collaborative team with the Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Demand Generation and Revenue Enablement organizations. There will be times where you will need to lead these multi-departmental projects and be a valuable member and resource to the team.Â
You will:
- Create and deliver programs to remove productivity blockers and improve productivity across the Outbound SDR organization
- Support in the creation, maintenance and delivery of outbounding funnel, scripts, and frameworks
- Analyze productivity data to make program improvement recommendationsÂ
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership and Revenue Ops to create a scalable outbound motionÂ
- Employ systematic and rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine program requirements and track program effectiveness
- Partner closely with senior leadership and other enablement leads to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate SDR growth and improve Outbound effectiveness
You have:Â
- Minimum of 3+ years working in a fast-growing SaaS company in a SDR, SDR manager or Enablement role. If coming from an Enablement role, exposure or experience with an SDR function is a bonus
- Demonstrable previous project management experience
- Experience with Outreach.io as well as outbound sales process and best practices
- Experience creating and delivering trainings and content including presentations, decks, and videos
- Very strong written and communication skills
You are:Â
We’re hoping to find someone who has experience creating and running Enablement projects and programs at a fast growing SaaS company in the past to help us build programs from scratch and iterate and improve existing programs. Given this is a new role, you’ll like this role if you’re attracted to building new things and working collaboratively with cross departmental teams to build something amazing. Someone who is comfortable creating and sticking to deadlines, is able to work autonomously and work out loud. If creating structure out of ambiguity and being highly self-directed makes you happy, you’ll love this. If you prefer not to work in unstructured environments, this may not be the role for you.
