Job Description

Creative Works is seeking a Sales Consultant to help our clients add exciting new VR products to their locations. Our sales consultants actively call new leads and existing clients to evaluate their needs, review our product portfolio, and win opportunities. This role is instrumental in closing new business for the growing demand of VR in our industry. It is therefore critical to the Just Cause of Creative Works: to make powerful emotions and memories through immersive attractions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication skills
• Development of leads from company CRM, trade show attendee lists, zoom info database, and inbound leads
• 200+ Outbound calls per week and subsequent follow-ups
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Meets established objectives relative to sales goals and increased sales volume and penetration through assigned leads
• Ongoing relationship nurturing for repeat sales and client relationships
• Working with internal Project Management Team to transition project into production/delivery
• Maintains a well-informed knowledge base of competitors’ activities throughout assigned territory; informs manager of any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directions
• Attends and actively contributes to sales meetings and training programs
• Accurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines, including prospecting logs, sales orders, and sales reporting

Pay and Benefits

• Full-Time Salary Exempt (estimated 45 hours weekly)
• 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

*This is an onsite position located at our facility on the southwest side of Indianapolis, IN.
