Outbound Sales Consultant
Job Description
As an Outbound Sales Consultant you will be selling our full portfolio of Connected Care products into care homes. You will be joining our highly successful sales team who are passionate about helping care providers to provide better quality of care through adopting proven digital transformation. With experience of cold calling and upselling products, you will generate leads and sales opportunities to support the continued growth of the Company.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Understand customer needs and requirements using a range of techniques to qualify each opportunity ready to book demo appointments
- Maintain and expand database of prospects ensuring all details are updated in HubSpot
- Work closely with other sales colleagues to ensure a world class sales experience
What you'll bring:
- Proven internal sales experience and cold calling
- Experience of nurturing leads to generate business leads
- Experience of working with a CRM system, experience of working with HubSpot would be even better
- A strong telephone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good listening skills
- Experience in working with software systems used in the health or social care sector is desirable
