We are looking for an exceptional Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will also be responsible for:
Researching companies and individuals
Identifying potential opportunities
Getting new prospects excited about Workato and automation
But bonus points if you are someone who loves to think, “how can this be done more efficiently” or “how can I do less things I don’t care about, so I can do more of what I love”.
For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $55,000.00 plus variable, benefits, perks and equity.
RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical SkillsExperience in a fast-paced customer-facing role or completion of college sales certification (Prioritize customers)
Experience as an SDR a plus (Prioritize customers)
Experience working in a team environment a plus (Win together)
Proficient in writing, particularly in business writing styleÂ
Comfortable speaking to executives in C-Suite and below
Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach and Orum a plus
Passion for a sales careerÂ
Motivated by clear structure and goal attainment
Resilient and able to overcome adversity and rejection
Curiosity for business innovation and technologyÂ
Positive mindset and someone who views the glass half full (Think aheadÂ
