The Job Details
The Outbound Sales Operations & Enablement Manager is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Logiwa’s outbound lead generation processes. You will work closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and the rest of the Go-to-Market organization to assess and enhance the existing outbound sales framework. You’ll build the outbound sales playbook, own the tools and resources to drive efficiency and measure productivity, and maintain reporting to track achievement of Logiwa’s sales pipeline goals.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new Outbound business leads for Logiwa’s Account Executive team
- Assess the existing outbound sales processes and operational hygiene. Using your own experience and creativity, execute process improvement initiatives to make the lead machine run faster and more smoothly at scale
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the executive team, to ensure outbound lead generation is a key source of sales pipeline
- Develop, manage and improve key metrics and performance reporting across sales and the wider go-to-market organization to measure Outbound lead generation performance and develop actionable insights to improve performance and quality of leads.Â
- Work with marketing on development, management and measurement of shared sales and marketing processes, including lead management, cadence, campaigns, sales enablement collateral, etc.
- Establish strong relationships with the sales organization to understand their needs and perspective, and serve as their trusted advisor and Outbound GTM leader
- Provide proactive support, analysis/data and guidance to the sales team in order to help drive new leads.
You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in outbound lead generation or sales team management at a high-growth SaaS companyÂ
- Experience with CRM, and Marketing Automation tools
- An analytical mindset and the ability to translate business priorities and needs into plans, tactics and deliverables that can be implemented
- Experience using using Google Sheets for modeling and analysis of sales data, and the ability to create clear reports and compelling reports of results (charts, slides, reports and dashboards)
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in ChatGPT, Hubspot and Zoominfo knowledge is a plusÂ
