Outdoor Construction Site Gate Guard - PART-TIME

THIS IS AN OUTDOOR POSITION AT A CONSTRUCTION SITE ON AIRPORT GROUNDS (non-terminal area) 12 HOUR SHIFTS ONLY: Day shift 6 AM - 6 PM This is a part time position working 1 - 2 days (12 - 24 hours) a week - $16/hour We are looking for experienced candidates to monitor activity and verify personnel going in and out of restricted access/exit points outside of the Dallas Love Field Airport. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar work environment, will have a sharp eye with quick reaction time in the detection of any suspicious or criminal behavior, and prevention of unauthorized access. Responsibilities • Guard entrance gates for restricted areas OUTSIDE of the Dallas Love Field Airport. • You are to closely monitor and verify that each individual coming into the gated area is properly badged and has authorization to be in that area. • Keep an eye out for irregular or unusual activity that could threaten security measures or create safety hazards. REQUIREMENTS • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE (Airport Requirement) • MUST be in good physical condition with the ability to lift/carry a minimum of 40 pounds, and be able to stand for long periods of time outside in high/low temperatures. • Ability to obtain a Dallas Love Field Airport SIDA Badge Ability to complete and pass all Dallas Love Field Movement Area and Non-Movement Area training requirements. • Must have flexible schedule to be able to work day or night shifts as needed Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week Work Location: In person
