Outdoor Porter

Las Vegas property management company is looking for Porters to assist in the cleaning and turnover of vacant units! We are looking for porters who can maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property. Requirements & Qualifications:Hard working & EnergeticAssist with preventative maintenanceMaintain GroundsTrash PickupCurb AppealPaint interior/exterior wallsClean pool, pool furniture, and surrounding areasAssist in trashing out vacant unitsMinor RepairsLight bulb replacementsPatch wallsPerform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience:High School Diploma or EquivalentNo previous maintenance experience is requiredAbility to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 25 – 50 lbs.Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb, crouch, and handle.
