This not-for-profit, 100-bed community hospital, located in one of Minnesota's most affluent suburbs, is seeking to add another BE/BC Endocrinologist to join its thriving practice.

Position Details:
• Join 3 endocrinology providers in their thriving outpatient practice at this Five-Star ranked hospital
• 100% outpatient - zero inpatient responsibility; robust hospitalist program
• Incredible quality of life with a 4.5-day work week, no call, and 8 weeks PTO
• Tremendous autonomy and flexibility to template your workweek schedule the way you want to
• Optimal clinical efficiency with dedicated MA support and Epic EMR
• Successful and unique Non-Surgical Weight Loss Program established by the group's NP - multidisciplinary practice approach to include primary care, exercise physiologists, pharmacists, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Highly competitive base salary guarantee plus production bonuses
• Demonstrated proven earning potential above the 90th percentile
