Outpatient FM | 5-8 Patients per day | Age 55+ | Central NY

We are hiring a Family Medicine Physician to work closely with an integrated team to care for a designated patient assignment. This is primary care in Syracuse, one of New York's most desirable places to live.

Practice Details:
•  Outpatient practice in Central New York, serving the Onondaga County area.
•  M-F, 8-4:30pm schedule.
•  Telephone call only; responsible for 1 week of call in every 2 months.
