A Thriving FQHC Mendocinco Coast Clinics in Fort Bragg, California a stunning coastal town is seeking a Pediatrician to join their growing team.

Opportunity:
• Join a team of 12 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers.
• 4 Day Work Week, Outpatient Only Pediatrics, No Call, No Hospital Duties.
• Enjoy practice autonomy, a supportive work environment, and ample support.
• Medical Directorship is available if desired for experienced candidates, New Graduates have 2 year track to Medical Director.

Compensation:
• Guaranteed Base Salary depending on experience, starting at $240,000.
• 50k Sign-on package, residency stipend, and housing allowance of $2,000 for the first 4 months.
• Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, profit sharing, 401k, CME, PTO, and paid malpractice insurance, tail coverage included for experienced candidates.
