Output Processing Operator Print - 4417

Description and Requirements
This role is responsible for Operations for the print team and sets-up and operates MICR printers, inserters, folders, and copiers and ensures all outputs are inspected for quality and accuracy and that counts are exact at all times. Will ensure problems are reported to management in timely fashion, assisting in resolution of problems and ensuring internal & external partners receive great customer service via phone, email, and in person. The role will be working 1st shift- 700am-330pm Monday-Friday.
Job Location: In office Clarks Summit PA - Monday - Friday 7a - 330p (1st shift)
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-speed inserters and printers according to established procedures.
• Load materials, such as envelopes and documents, into the equipment.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning the equipment and changing out ink.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of outgoing mail and printed materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• -Maintain production logs and records.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the technician or supervisor after troubleshooting has failed.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:

• Able to make sound decisions, when necessary, to ensure all commitments are met, taking corrective action with all problems encountered, and see that all Trouble Report tickets are properly written and closed on all hardware and software problems
• Position includes pushing, pulling, lifting. Lifting can be from 20lbs to 50 lbs. Position is considered light industrial.

Preferred

• Experience in operating high speed mailing inserters and or high speed Printers
• Recent experience in a fast paced production setting.
