At Hatcher, we proudly maintain a "flexible first" work culture. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to our Bethesda office for weekly in-person collaboration. The target salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and internal equity.

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects in collaboration with others.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, or Basecamp).

  • Flexibility to quickly adapt when “pop up” and other high-priority needs cause priorities to change.

  • Experience working under pressure with deadlines is critical.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency.

  • Must be a US Citizen.
