About This Role:

An Outreach Coordinator plans, organizes, and manages collaboration efforts to ensure successful delivery of services to clients. This will include educating and reeducating stakeholders on service program specifics. This will also include overseeing and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders, including members of management. An Outreach Coordinator serves an essential role in effective service management which includes outbound communication efforts with Clients and Responsible Parties, and other external partners and internal departments.

This position has the flexibility to be 100% remote. 

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred, but not required OR 5 to 10 years of customer service experience. OR a combination of education and experience.
• Multilingual is a plus.
• Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools. 
• Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA Homecare services is a plus. 
• Ability to empathetically communicate challenging concepts both over the phone, and via electronic communication.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and problem solve.
• Demonstrate knowledge of services needed by people with disabilities and older adults
• Have excellent organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and work effectively in a fast pace environment
