Outreach Coordinator

This position will represent our company and work to gain relationships with local community colleges, Universities and Technical Schools to attract candidates for hire. This position will also be responsible for managing our Corporate Social Responsibility plan to support charitable organizations across our territory.

School Engagement

• Work closely with management, recruiting and marketing to strategize different ways to spread awareness about the company
• Maintain relationships with local schools
• Seek out job fairs, schedule and coordinate for the Recruiters
• Create learning opportunities at High Schools and Community Colleges by scheduling presentations to students
• Promoting Malin at local business events

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelors in Business or Marketing

Strong organization skills

Ability to multitask several projects at once

Hybrid position (in office 3 days/wk)
