Our tech client is looking for a remote Outreach Program Manager to support a new immersive experience program. The mission of this program is to recruit, develop and teach non-traditional talent for employability into the technology industry. The perfect fit for this role would be someone with strong PM skills that has previously recruited subject matter experts to volunteer to teach a course.
Would you like to...
- Drive volunteer signups from internal product subject matter experts and community members
- Volunteers will be responsible for acting as SMEs and teaching various topics within the immersive program
- Manage volunteers’ assignment to cohorts
- Train and coach internal, FTE mentors and managers to support their cohort apprentices
- Manage the schedule and coordinate content and speakers for facilitated sessions (e.g. weekly open hours, webinars, app assessments, etc.)
- Create surveys and questions to capture volunteer feedback and work with the team to improve processes and efficiencies
- Track volunteer signups, session attendance, engagement depth, survey feedback
- Track certification voucher dissemination
We would like you to have...
- At least 5+ years of relevant Program / Project Manager experience
- At least 5+ years of experience managing cohorts SME / volunteers
- Must have previous large enterprise experience
- Familiarity with M365 is required
- Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Office Forms, Customer Voice Surveys is required
- Great organization skills
