We are currently seeking an Outreach Specialist to join our Hospital Services team in Nashville, TN. In this role, they will be at the forefront of responding to inquiries from our nurses and hospital partners, ensuring seamless connections, and fostering strong relationships. As an integral member of our team, they will be dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations for Hospitals, this position offers an amazing opportunity to contribute to the future of healthcare at connectRN.

You will…

  • Work in a fast-paced environment providing exceptional customer service while acting as the face of connectRN Hospitals team to care centers and clinicians

  • Coordinate scheduling needs with care centers and nurses in a timely and professional manner

  • Serve as a point of escalation and advanced support for clinicians answering inquiries by email and phone

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and improvements of all scheduling activities and operations in coordination with company growth

  • Provide support and guidance to new clinicians by guiding them through the onboarding journey

  • Collaborate cross functionally with the Operations and Credentialing teams to ensure clinician’s are compliant with facility requirements


You have…

  • A few years of experience in a Customer Service or Customer Success

  • Commitment to excellent clinician service

  • Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills (both written & verbal)

  • Great attention to detail and organization

  • Strong computer skills, experience using GSuite, Excel, Word, and Internet-based systems (Salesforce experience preferred)

  • Active listening skills
