Currently we are looking for a  Outreach specialist.

• Search for and identify high-quality platforms and websites for placing backlinks to enhance the SEO strategy of Mira Developments.
• Build relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and relevant platform owners to secure placements for backlinks.
• Collaborate with link-building platforms and manage the process of acquiring quality backlinks to strengthen the website’s authority in search engines.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with contractors and third-party vendors for link placement services.
• Regularly analyze the effectiveness of placed links, ensuring they meet the set quality standards and provide measurable SEO results.
• Conduct competitor link analysis to identify new opportunities for building a stronger backlink profile.
• Maintain a database of potential link placement platforms and contacts, updating it with new information and prospects regularly.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to align link-building efforts with the overall SEO strategy and business goals.
• Monitor link performance and provide reports on the impact of outreach and link-building efforts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in outreach and link-building, preferably in the real estate or digital marketing sectors.
• Proven track record of securing high-quality backlinks through outreach efforts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for establishing partnerships with external websites and vendors.
• Familiarity with link-building tools and platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) to analyze link opportunities and track performance.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how backlinks contribute to search engine ranking improvements.
• Ability to analyze competitors' link-building strategies and find innovative ways to build backlinks.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships at once.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
