In this role, you will:
KAYAK is seeking an Outreach Specialist to implement Social Media campaigns, and establish partnerships with KOLs to support our APAC & EMEA digital marketing strategy. You will be working with and supporting our Digital Marketing team.
This role is full-time remote and will report to the Associate Manager, Social Media APAC. The main responsibilities include:

• Support our marketing team in cultivating relationships with KOLs.
• Manage communications and translations between the international team and local partners.
• Support the day-to-day Social Media activity.
• Act as primary contact with partners to ensure smooth engagements when the team is unavailable.
• Partner with internal departments to optimize the conversion funnel of specific traffic sources.

• University degree and/or equivalent real-world experience in the online travel space.
• Excellent spoken and written English is a requirement. Proficiency in French or German.
• Familiarity with current Social Media trends and ability to identify new creative trends in Digital Marketing.
• Proactive and data-driven, passionate about travel and online marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication that reflects self-awareness and confidence.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, agile work environment; the flexibility to work in a cross-functional, matrixed environment where multiple priorities need to be managed.
• Previous experience in Social Media or KOL marketing is desired.
• Strong collaborator, customer-centric driven with a love for data.
• Legal ability to work without restrictions in the country in which you are applying.
