Overview
The Outreach Supervisor reports to the Director of Outreach and Engagement with accountability for providing strategy, judgment, organization, and evidenced-based analysis to influence decisions, and directly to meet CINQCARE requirements. They should embody CINQCARE’s core values, including, Trusted, Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative and Community-Minded. At CINQCARE, we don’t have patients or customers – we have Family Members.
Job Responsibilities
The Outreach Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
- Processing Enrollments-Checking each enrollment to make sure all 15 needed documents are accounted for. Checking eligibility (insurance & PCP doctor) of each document that comes through chart central.
- Quality checking each document in enrollment. Making sure all signatures match in every member signed document.
- Creates opportunities with events and presentations to reach and educate the community on company programs.
- The ideal candidate will be auditing every billed enrollment each month. Each Community Outreach Specialist (COS) enrollments must be audited each month.
- Billing every enrollment into our billing system.
- Conduct monitoring and tracking of COS activities to ensure quality and accuracy of information.
- Oversee the performance of 10 plus COS.
- Manage weekly schedules and facilitate daily and weekly reports.
- Complete monthly/ quarterly/annual reviews, staff development and counseling regarding job performance.
- Conduct visits to all Community Outreach sites to coordinate and monitor staff outreach activities.
- Provides coaching and performance management to serve as an expert resource to the team, while working closely with local market leadership to drive the effective execution of monthly engagement strategies and tactics.
- Identify and execute innovative engagement strategies to enroll members into the CINQCARE program.
- Measures & tracks results through score carding and identify root causes that will enable assigned retention targets to be met within assigned area.
- Delivers presentations, attends meetings, and distributes educational materials to member and non-members.
- Provide oversight to assure COSs’ are maintaining member satisfaction through customer service, outreach, and immediate problem solving.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
General Duties
The Outreach Supervisor will have the following duties:
- Leadership: The Outreach Supervisor will lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value in outreach, including building a team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
- Strategy: The Outreach Supervisor will establish the business strategy and roadmap: (1) improve outcomes for CINQCARE Family Members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQCARE. business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQCARE products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Outreach Supervisor will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
- Collaboration: The Outreach Supervisor will ensure that outreach capabilities form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQCARE.
- Knowledge: The Outreach Supervisor will provide subject matter expertise in the day-to-day outreach solutions, including determining and recommended approaches to improve community outreaching and help with solution deployment and performance evaluation.
- Culture: The Outreach Supervisor is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the outreach team and as part of the larger Company.
Qualifications
The Outreach Supervisor should have the following qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years supervisory experience. At least 2 years of Outreach experience in underserved communities. A minimum of 4 years of Medent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ideal candidate must possess a valid license and insured vehicle.
