Here's the deal: This is the best solar sales job you're going to find. Our in-house inside sales team is dedicated to filling up your calendar with appointments. If you can manage time, show care to earn business with integrity AND be committed to a proven process, the rewards in this position are plentiful. We are not a huge sales team, but we're a great one that has fun and ensures all team members earn in abundance.

Qualifications:

  • At this time, we are looking for someone to join our team that resides in Wisconsin or is willing to relocate!
  • A professional virtual presence and background to run virtual consultations
    • This is a must and we highly encourage you to ensure all interviews demonstrate this. Help us see what your consultative environment would be like for customers. :D
  • A sincere interest/motivation for joining the solar industry
    • We are a quality over quantity sales org with limited roster spots available
  • Punctual
    • If you're early, you're on time. If you're on time, you're late. ;D
  • Organized with high attention to detail
    • If we can't do the little things, how can we be trusted to do the big things?
  • Confident communicator; exhibit excellent listening and discovery skills

  • Willing to travel occasionally for in-person appointment opportunities
    • Trips are infrequent. You can expect them to be up to 1 week.
  • 1-3+ years of sales experience will be extremely helpful
    • Leverage your sales experience and maximize your earnings
  • Open and flexible schedule availability

Primary Responsibilities:

  • In this position, you will run virtual & in-person appointments at the customer's home
  • Run multiple appointments in a day, commuting within the greater Madison area
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
  • Earn and cultivate referrals from the book of business we'll help you build
  • Be a positive influencer in team meetings
  • Open to occasional company-paid travel?
    • Increase earning opportunities by travelling outside of your local market for additional sales opportunities.
      • Other sales markets include Iowa, Colorado, and Wyoming
