Title: Senior Sales Executive - Business Development Director

Job Summary:
- Seeking a Director of Business Development to become the face of our consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing relationships with business owners and C-level executives in the greater Houston area.
- Articulate Indigo Beam's service offerings, qualify opportunities, and conduct professional sales presentations.
- Attend networking events, build brand recognition, and contribute to building the sales pipeline.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and develop/write detailed proposals for potential clients in collaboration with our sales support team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, collaborate with internal teams, and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience engaging business owners and C-level executives.
- Strong sales acumen, formal sales training, and a track record of achieving sales goals
- At least 5 years of previous experience working with a software services organization
- Working knowledge of software services and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and self-motivation.
- Fearless attitude with a mission-driven personality.
Other Details:
Type: Perm Employee
Pay: Competitive compensation package with base salary and generous monthly commissions.
Full benefits including 401k with company match, unlimited PTO, and paid holidays.
Hybrid work model: 3x a week onsite in Greater Houston, 2x a week WFH, supporting the Houston, TX Indigo Beam company nationwide.
