Salary: $65k - $75k D.O.E + incentive pay
Territory:Â Ventura County, CA
Must haves:
- Sales expertise and a current book of business at dealerships in the Ventura County area
- 3+ years of solid outside sales experience [must be a hunter!]
- Prior automotive industry experience
- Must be computer and tech savvy

About the role:Â
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will actively hunt for growth opportunities to drive our business forward. Â You will establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to understand customer needs and provide the right mix of ADESA products and services to meet those needs. You will contribute to and enjoy the rewards of success in an innovative atmosphere, as a valued member of our ADESA community. Â Â
Primary duties include:Â
- Actively pursue and engage with prospectsÂ
- Generate new business leads and close dealsÂ
- Effectively execute ADESA’s Dealer Sales StrategyÂ
- Prospect, upsell, and manage accounts to ensure growth in vehicles sold and purchasedÂ
- Engage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive mannerÂ
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services
- Maximize technology
About you:Â
You are a true sales hunter, highly self-motivated to drive sales and close deals.  You’re persistent, focused, and have a knack for connecting with others.  You enjoy networking within the automotive industry and with dealers to stay connected to the local market and identify opportunities. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you use them consistently to close the deal.Â
