Outside Sales/Project Manager

Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary. Compensation & Benefits • Guaranteed base pay plus commission structure • Commissions paid on all completed roof projects (average of $1,500 - $2,500 per job) • Quarterly bonuses for performance • Vehicle Advertising Bonus • Health, Vision, Dental • Fuel Reimbursement • Company-paid travel opportunities and team building trips • Positive, team-oriented environment where work is both productive and enjoyable Qualifications • Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers • Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary • Must have reliable transportation • Independent nature, self-‐discipline, and good time management (project managers create and manage their own work schedule) • Sales & roofing experience is a plus, but not a necessity • Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections Responsibilities & Duties of the Position • Inspecting & documenting homes for roof/storm damage • Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements • Marketing / lead generation for new prospects • Collaborate with homeowners to select appropriate roofing materials and ensure accurate documentation is submitted to the production team. • Coordinate with homeowners to inform them of their scheduled build day, as well as the timing for dumpster drop-off and pick-up. • Responsible for collecting all payments from homeowners and clearly explaining the payment process to ensure transparency and understanding.
