Withum’s Outsourced Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS) team is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Analyst to join our growing team in our Woburn, MA office. They will work together with staff and senior team members to service a wide range of companies.  Are you a proven problem solver with a knack for numbers? How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Preparing payments to vendors / contractors
• Preparing and posting payroll
• Handling month end close process
• Coding transactions and performing bank reconciliations
• Preparing all reconciliations for Balance sheet accounts
• Performing monthly Financial Reporting including FS, narratives and dashboards
• Facilitating outside annual audits
• Maintaining proper internal controls and enhancement of processes

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• CPA track preferred
• Outstanding communication skills
• Preferably experience with Intacct Accounting System, QBO, and/or NetSuite Accounting Systems
• Willingness to travel to clients
