Withum’s Outsource Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS) team is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Lead Consultant to join our growing team in our Woburn, MA. They will oversee and work together with staff and senior team members to service a wide range of companies.  Are you a proven problem solver with a knack for numbers? How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Supervising a team
• Reviewing and approving payments to vendors / contractors
• Reviewing and approving payroll
• Handling month end close process
• Reviewing and approving all proposed JEs
• Reviewing all reconciliations for Balance sheet accounts
• Monthly Financial Reporting including FS, narratives and dashboards
• Budgeting / Cash flow forecasting
• Working with Client Leadership of organization
• Facilitation of outside annual audits
• Ensuring proper internal controls and enhancement of processes

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CPA Candidate
• 5-7+ years of accounting experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Preferably experience with Intacct Accounting System, QBO, and/or NetSuite Accounting Systems
