Overnight Fireguard (FO1 Required)

Custom Protective Services is seeking Security Officerswith an F-01 certificationto staff commercial properties in Manhattan. Shift Time: Friday & Saturday 11PM-11AM Saturday & Sunday 11PM-11AM Responsibilities: • Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises • Provide excellent customer service • Must be able to stand, walk up and downstairs • Adhere to all company services and operating standards • Remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers • Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues • Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, and accident investigations Qualifications and Skills: • Must have a valid NYS Security License • 8hr/16hr certificates • F-01 Fireguard Required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Capable of following complex instructions • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of security operations and procedures • Flexibility in schedule preferred including weekends Fireguard Starting Salary: $20.00 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.35 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • Evening shift • Night shift • Overnight shift • Weekends as needed Experience: • Fire Panel: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: • NYS Security Guard License (Required) • F-01 (Required) Ability to Commute: • New York, NY 10004 (Required) Work Location: In person
