Overnight Safety & Security Officer

• Patrol all areas of the hotel property including corridors, public areas, back-of-house, parking areas, and guest floors • Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct routine inspections to ensure security and safety protocols are followed • Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and alarms, and provide calm, professional assistance • Document incidents and complete detailed reports for all security-related activities • Maintain secure access control of restricted areas • Escort guests and employees as needed for safety or investigations • Provide first response to medical emergencies and administer basic first aid or CPR as required • Collaborate with local law enforcement, fire department, or emergency services when necessary • Ensure compliance with all hotel safety procedures, including fire regulations and OSHA standards • Maintain a high level of visibility and professionalism to deter potential security threats • Support front desk or management teams in handling guest concerns related to safety or disturbances • Assist with emergency evacuations or drills when necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.91 - $20.80 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Arlington, TX 76006 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Arlington, TX 76006: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
