Overnight Trade Desk Representative

As an Overnight Trade Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing effective overnight customer service for tastytrade customers by utilizing sharp, in-depth knowledge of all retail brokerage services. This would include trading software features and functionality, account management, and any other questions about the tastytrade platform.

• Work schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10 PM – 7 AM
• One year minimum in the role of overnight before the potential of being moved into day-time role
• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support via email and phone
• Assist customers with futures and futures options order execution
• Analyze customers positions and provide advantages and disadvantages for various strategies
• Work with customers to identify their needs as self-directed investors and provide solutions in a timely manner

• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, effective in customer interactions, and ability to identify appropriate solutions
• Extremely proficient with use of technology
• Understanding of option execution mechanics and pricing
• Strong knowledge of futures and options on futures
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 Certified (Series 3 also preferred, but not required)
• At least 5 years of experience with Options, Futures, and Futures Options
