Owner and Resident Support (Zendoor)

Poplar Homes/Zendoor are looking for candidates with Escalation/Retention backgrounds for our Resident Support Specialist Post. 

Responsibilities: - Handles concerns, issues, and escalations during the tenancy- Initiate contact with both renters and managers to get them prepared for their move-in and to ensure that they both have a smooth move-in experience.- Point of contact of the manager to the renters for any lease violation committed by the renters including sending of Notices.- Responsible for creating an accounting case for all utilities and sending the bills to the renters: Electricity, Water, Gas, Garbage utilities, and others.- Responsible for educating renters on the process of breaking of lease and its corresponding penalties, and liabilities.- Responsible for creating a case when adding, replacing, and removing a tenant to an existing lease agreement.- Coordinate with the Field Force Department to ensure the completion of Health and Safety Inspections.- Handles termination requests while on tenancy- Handle all communication regarding rent delinquency, lease renewals and other tenancy related items.- Working with leasing agents and managers to market and lease the properties as needed.

Qualifications:- Strong work ethic with no attendance issues- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent customer service skills- Has high attention to details- Effective/strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Strong personality that can overcome objections- Great negotiation skills- Flexible to weekend and graveyard schedules.- Background and knowledge about property management and retention are a plus
